This shouldn't be a problem as the vast majority of active ingredients are bound in the collar matrix and not on the surface.

I have 2 bonston terriers. One weighs just a little under 18 lbs and the other one weighs about a little over 18 lbs.(She is about 19lbs or so.) Should I go with the small collar for both? I'm concerned that it might have some kind of side effects if i were to use the big ones for both and also worried if small ones, it might not work properly. What is your suggestion?
